Stuck? Hopefully not on a puzzle: there are no dead ends, only pieces that aren’t ready yet. For everything else, start here.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes, with no ads. Four whole worlds are free forever: Evergreen, Neon Overdrive, Ink Garden and Worm Party. That’s 1,200 levels, plus every mode (Rush, Zen, Duel and Endless), the Daily Wiggle and unlimited hints. No energy, no paid hints.
The Full Game is optional: $4.99 in the US (prices vary by country), paid once. It unlocks the other 8 worlds, the Daily Twist and the Daily Monster, and the Big Heads and Disco Mode toggles. Googly eyes are free for everyone.
How do I restore the Full Game?
Open Menu › Settings and tap Restore purchases. It’s also on the Full Game screen.
Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Got a code instead? Tap Redeem a code in the same places.
Can I get a refund?
The Full Game is a one-time purchase from the App Store, so Apple handles the payment and any refund. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
How do the daily puzzles work?
Three new boards every day, the same for everyone, set in a different world each day. New boards arrive at midnight UTC.
- Daily Wiggle (free): one board. It keeps your streak going, and you can share your result.
- Daily Twist (Full Game): two twists stacked on one board.
- Daily Monster (Full Game): one huge board you pinch and pan around.
How does it work on iPhone Duo?
There’s nothing to set up. The game follows the hinge:
- Closed: the board fills the outer display.
- Open: the board fills the big inner display.
- Book pose: the board on one page, the dashboard on the other.
- Tent pose: the dashboard on top, the board below.
Some levels are two-sided and only on iPhone Duo: clear side A, then open or close your phone and side B is waiting on the other screen. For Duel, lay it flat to play face to face, or fold it to play side by side.
How do I reset my progress?
Open Menu › Settings, tap Reset all progress, then confirm Erase everything. That erases stars, streaks and level progress; your settings stay as they are. It can’t be undone.
Resetting doesn’t touch the Full Game: that belongs to your Apple Account.
Does my progress sync between devices?
No. There’s no account, so progress lives on the device you play on. The Full Game does carry over: tap Restore purchases on the new device.
Can I turn down the chaos?
Yes. Menu › Settings › Feel has switches for sound effects, music, haptics and reduce motion. Zen mode drops the clock and the score entirely. And if you’d rather turn the chaos up, Chaos toggles has Googly eyes for everyone, plus Big heads and Disco mode with the Full Game.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Puzzles, dailies and every mode play offline. Only buying or restoring the Full Game goes through the App Store.
